Funerals and Pastoral Care
With over twenty years experience as a chaplain and counselor, I understand what it takes to sit and be present with families through the death of a loved one, providing compassionate care and support after a loss, and crafting services to honor their loved one's memory.
With every family, I make myself available (schedule permitting) at the time of death or immediately following death. Services provided can include prayers, visitation, or a final blessing prior to transfer or cremation. Every funeral service I provide includes this type of intentional and compassionate pastoral care.
Graveside Service
I will meet with you virtually, provide support as we discuss your loved one's life and what you would like to include in the service, and present a 10-15 minute graveside service as your loved one is buried or interred.

Funeral or
Celebration of Life
I will meet with you (either in person or virtually) and provide bereavement support in the immediate aftermath of your loss. I'll ask you to tell me about your loved one and perhaps share a few stories about them to get a better sense of who they were. I'll ask you what a meaningful tribute to their life might look like and include. I will then accompany you at the funeral home or other setting and lead a service to honor their life. This may include a brief service at the location where they are buried or interred.
